Monday Morning Recharge

Galesburg Education Association members will be gathering Monday morning at 10:30 for a brief rally. The “Monday Morning Recharge” is designed to reinforce and reaffirm the GEA’s solidarity in the contract disagreement with the District 205 Board of Education.

Representatives of several committees within the GEA are the only scheduled speakers. They will provide updates about the efforts conducted on behalf of the membership that have been ongoing during the strike.

Picket lines will remain staffed by other members of these GEA committees and other supporters during this rally, which is scheduled to last approximately 15 minutes.

Media representatives are welcome to attend this publicly-held event.
